This method can be easier for multi-item purchases. GEMM does add a 15% commission to our price listings.

We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service. When buying items, we require our customers to use our purchase-then-export system. Purchases will NOT be shipped without the proper shipping costs calculated. But this is relatively easy to calculate. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" icons for each item. Your first purchase will automatically have a $3.50 shipping and handling fee when checking out on PayPal. Return to the main menu and click on "Export". The page display a series of shipping charges and addition fees. Click on the highest shipping price for the desired type of shipping of one particular item. For example, books and clothing are more expensive to ship than CDs and DVDs. So if you ordered 1 book and 2 CDs, you would click on "Add to Cart" under to "Books and Clothing" section with the desired type of postage. If you purchased additional items, simply click on "Add to Cart" under each "additional CD/DVD" or "additional book/clothing" for each additional item purchased. If you purchased an item from a page that includes shipping charges in an item's detail page and wish to add CD/DVD/book/clothing items to the shippment. Simply add them with the "additional CD/DVD" or "additional book/clothing" "Add to Cart" buttons. You can add insurance, delivery confirmation, and certified mail; just click on the desired insurance coverage and any other postal fees to your shipping cart. Insurance can only be claimed for items damaged or lost, not postal fees.

Condition grading is as follows: Still Sealed or New: Item is still sealed in factory packaging or item is used. Near Mint: Item is used but is in excellent condition. Very Good plus: The slightest of flaws. Fall short of being near mint. Very Good: Item may have a slight flaw (minor scratch, hole in paparwork, slight yellowing pages, slight wear) Good: Item may have a flaw and is usually noted in item details.

Items are guanteed to play and are checked before shipping. Refunds are on a class-by-class bases. Because of file-swapping, CDs and DVDs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
