This is the combination of both sample libraries, SIMMONS DRUM And PERCUSSION SAMPLES 1 & 2, library from Ancient Desert S&R containing over 1000 uncompressed 48 kHz, 16 bit WAV. quality samples directly from the Simmons SDS1 (electronic and acoustic EPROM chip samples), Simmons SDS8 factory presets, Simmons SDS 200/400/800 variations, Simmons SDS 1000 factory/user presets, Simmons MXT9 samples and kits, LinnDrum (44.1 kHz for Linn samples), and Sequential Circuits Inc. DrumTraks. Samples are clean, warm and full-length (no cutoffs). Simmons SDS9, Simmons SDE Expander (Simmons version of Yamaha's DX7 - great metal and wooden percussion sounds), Simmons MXT9 delayed, dual voice, and enhanced drums. These samples are from the instruments used by many artists of the 80's like Prince, Duran Duran, The Power Station, Thomas Dolby, oh...there are just too many to name. It was/is the drum sound of the 80's (from 1982 to 1987).
